RealDream × Real estate professionals

You find the right home. We help them make it their own.

Bring your clients a renovation partner for the possibilities, the practical questions, and the work ahead. Let's build a relationship that adds value before the listing, after the purchase, and long beyond moving day.

A relationship worth introducing

Your clients trust your advice. Give them a team for what comes next.

Real estate conversations rarely stop at the property itself. Sellers ask what they should update before listing. Buyers wonder whether a dated home could become the one they want. Past clients need more space and are weighing a renovation against another move.

RealDream Contracting welcomes realtor partnerships that connect those clients with practical renovation support. You understand their goals and the local market. We help them understand the work, decisions, and planning involved in changing a home.

From a focused interior update to a whole-home renovation, our role is to make the next step clearer and deliver the agreed work with care. Your introduction brings us together. A well-managed client experience is what gives that introduction lasting value.

The benefits of working together

More support for your clients. More value in your relationships.

A useful partnership goes beyond passing along a phone number. It connects your clients with people who can help them make informed renovation decisions.

01

Give clients a clearer next step

When a client asks what a renovation might involve, you can introduce a construction team that can help turn a broad idea into a practical scope. We discuss the property, the priorities, and the questions that need answers before anyone commits to the work.

02

Make potential easier to explain

An outdated kitchen or an awkward layout can make it difficult to imagine living in a home. We help clients explore how a space could change, which improvements matter to their daily life, and what needs a closer technical look. You bring the market perspective; we bring the construction perspective.

03

Protect the relationship you have built

A referral carries your name with it. Our approach is to listen carefully, explain the work in plain language, and give your client a clear point of contact. We agree on how you would like to be involved and keep communication aligned with the client's preferences.

04

Bring more substance to budget conversations

A renovation allowance is more useful when the assumptions behind it are understood. We help separate cosmetic updates from work involving structure, building systems, or permits, then develop project pricing as the scope and selections become clear.

05

Stay focused on your real estate work

Your role should not expand into coordinating electricians, chasing material deliveries, or managing construction questions. RealDream handles renovation planning and trade coordination within the agreed project scope, so you have a team to introduce when those conversations come up.

06

Support clients after possession

Moving day is often the beginning of a homeowner's plans. A thoughtful introduction can help buyers move from a wish list to a renovation plan and gives past clients a practical reason to stay connected with you long after the transaction.

07

Connect clients with broader renovation support

A client may start with a bathroom and discover that the project also needs electrical upgrades, flooring, or a different layout. Our services span kitchens, bathrooms, basements, whole-home renovations, additions, and project management, allowing related work to be discussed together.

08

Build a working relationship over time

Whether you bring one client or regularly work with homes that need updating, we welcome a conversation. Learning the types of properties you handle, the questions your clients ask, and your communication preferences helps make future introductions more useful.

Different clients. Different starting points.

Bring us into the conversation when a property needs a plan.

Before listing

Help sellers choose a purposeful scope.

Sellers often have a long list of things they could improve and a limited window to act. You identify the property's position in the market and the intended listing date. We can discuss the renovation work, sequencing, and practical constraints behind those priorities.

  • Explore focused kitchen, bathroom, flooring, and finish updates.
  • Separate presentation improvements from issues that need further investigation.
  • Discuss access, material availability, and completion needs before agreeing to a schedule.

The aim is a considered preparation plan. Renovations do not guarantee a higher sale price or a faster sale.

During the search

Help buyers understand the home behind the finishes.

A home can be in the right neighbourhood and still feel wrong inside. Buyers may need help understanding whether their ideas are straightforward updates or substantial construction. An early conversation helps identify what should be assessed before they build their plans around a particular property.

  • Discuss layout changes, kitchen replacements, and whole-home updates.
  • Identify questions about structure, plumbing, electrical systems, and approvals.
  • Consider renovation priorities alongside the client's intended move-in date.

Site access and team availability must be arranged. An initial discussion is not a home inspection, engineering assessment, or confirmed construction quote.

After possession

Turn a purchase into a home that fits.

Once clients have the keys, the questions become specific: what should happen first, can they live in the home, and how do all the trades fit together? We help shape a coordinated project with defined scope, material selections, and a construction sequence.

  • Plan kitchens, bathrooms, storage, lighting, and connected living spaces.
  • Discuss whether work should be completed together or in phases.
  • Coordinate the agreed renovation work through inspections and handover.

Introduce us early when clients hope to renovate before moving in. Start dates depend on scope, approvals, materials, and availability.

Longer-term ownership

Explore the next chapter for an existing property.

Past clients may need room for family, a more accessible home, or a better use of an unfinished basement. Those conversations are another opportunity to connect them with renovation support, even when they are not planning to buy or sell.

  • Explore additions, basement renovations, and secondary-suite concepts.
  • Discuss accessibility improvements and changes for multigenerational living.
  • Identify where design, site investigation, or municipal review needs to come first.

Suite, addition, and redevelopment possibilities depend on the individual property and applicable approvals. A concept is a starting point for assessment.

A clear division of expertise

Your market knowledge. Our renovation experience.

The strongest conversations give clients both perspectives. You help them consider the property in the context of their real estate goals. We explain the construction work and the decisions needed to move it forward.

You bring the relationship and context.

The client's priorities, property search or listing strategy, transaction milestones, and the questions that matter most to them.

We bring a route from idea to execution.

Scope development, assessment of construction needs, design and permit coordination where required, trade management, and a documented handover for the agreed project.

From introduction to a working plan

A straightforward way to work together.

01

Introduce yourself

Tell us your name, brokerage, the areas you serve, and whether you have a current client or want to discuss an ongoing relationship. You do not need a complete project brief to start the conversation.

02

Share the context

With your client's permission, introduce them and outline the property location, renovation goals, transaction stage, and important dates. Photos, floor plans, and a short list of questions can help us understand the opportunity.

03

Agree on the next step

We review the fit and discuss whether the next step is a call, a site visit, or a more detailed assessment. We confirm availability and explain any proposed assessment scope or fees before that work begins.

04

Develop a practical plan

For a suitable project, we work with the client to clarify scope, budget expectations, design needs, and the route to construction. Early ideas become more specific as property conditions, selections, and approvals are understood.

05

Keep the handoff clear

The client decides whether to proceed. If they do, the construction agreement defines the work and responsibilities. We establish who receives updates and how you remain involved, with the client's agreement.

Before we work together

Questions from real estate professionals.

Who can partner with RealDream?

We welcome conversations with individual real estate agents, real estate teams, and brokerages whose clients need renovation support. The best fit is a relationship built around useful introductions, clear expectations, and a good experience for the homeowner.

Do I need a client ready to renovate today?

No. You can introduce yourself before a specific project comes up. Tell us about your market and the types of renovation questions you encounter so we can discuss how a future introduction would work.

Which areas do you cover?

Our focus is North Vancouver and West Vancouver, with select projects across Greater Vancouver. Send the property location and intended scope so we can confirm whether it is a fit for the team.

Can you help before a buyer purchases a property?

We can discuss the buyer's renovation goals and what information would be needed to assess them. Any visit depends on authorized property access and availability. Initial guidance does not replace the buyer's inspection, professional due diligence, or a detailed project proposal.

Can you work toward a listing or possession date?

Tell us the date at the start. We will discuss what may be achievable once scope, access, materials, and approval requirements are understood. A real estate deadline alone does not confirm a construction slot or completion date.

Do you pay a referral fee or offer partner incentives?

If you would like to discuss a referral arrangement, raise it when you contact us. Any proposed compensation or incentive needs to be reviewed and agreed separately in writing before a referral proceeds. This page does not promise a fee, discount, or automatic entitlement.

Will my client be required to hire RealDream?

No. An introduction starts a conversation. The client can ask questions, review the proposed next steps, and decide whether the project and team are right for them. Any paid assessment or construction work requires its own agreement.

Will I receive updates after the introduction?

We establish communication preferences with you and the client. Where the client agrees, we can include you in relevant updates. The homeowner remains central to project decisions and controls what information is shared.

Can you provide a firm price from listing photos?

Photos and floor plans are helpful context, but they cannot establish all site conditions or the full scope. A detailed proposal depends on assessment, specifications, and the work being defined. Early budget discussions should be treated as planning information.

What should I send with a referral?

Start with your contact details, brokerage, property area, the client's renovation goals, and any key dates. Share client contact information, photographs, or documents only with permission. If you are unsure what is needed, introduce yourself first and we will discuss the next step.
