Is the Renovation Visualizer free?
Yes. You can try several different looks on the same room, and you do not need to give us your name or email to see them. There is a fair-use limit of about 8 designs an hour so the tool stays available for everyone. You only share your details if you want us to price the work.
Is the picture what my renovation will actually look like?
No. The picture is made by AI and shows one possible design direction. It is a starting point for a conversation, not a construction drawing. The materials, measurements and what is actually possible in your home get confirmed when we visit the site.
Do you keep my photo?
Only if you ask us for a price. If you just use the tool and leave, your photo is not saved on our website. When you request a quote, your photo and the design are emailed to our team so we can price the real room.
How much does a renovation actually cost in North Vancouver?
It depends on the room, the size and the finishes you pick. Our cost calculators give you a range in a couple of minutes, and the quote we send after you use the visualizer gives you a real number for your own room.
